Lust Have It box August 2013

August 23, 2013

Woot woot! Lust Have It time of the month!

Lust Have It is an Australian beauty subscription box which costs $19.95 per month. If you are thinking of signing up, then use the discount code "kitsch" for $5 off your first order. You can sign up at http://www.lusthaveit.com.au/

Here is my opening video if you are interested:

I thought I would show you all of the information cards that I got in the box... because there were quite a few! I loved that this contained a Revlon Nearly Naked card with small samples so you can find your shade... more makeup companies should give out these cards!

Below is the information card, so if you want any details of each product, and also retail prices, then click the photo for bigger image!

Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator shade 200 Pink Light - full size: I was super happy to see this in this in this months box... not only is it a new Revlon product (supposedly this is an old product that has been rereleased), but it is also something that I would be interested in buying. This is a liquid illuminator which you can use as an illuminating primer, mix it in with your foundation, or you can use it as a cream highlighter. The swatches of this are below, I had to take these in artificial light.

La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water - 50g travel size: I don't use these thermal spray type products very often, but this one does claim to do a list of wonderous things. This is supposed to protect your skin, help with aging and also act as an anti-oxidant. I really should figure out how incorporate this into my skincare routine. This travel size retails for $8.95.

La Roche- Posay Lipikar Baume AP - 15ml sample: This is a thick moisturiser that is designed to relieve very dry skin, and is supposed to provide 24-hour anti-itching action. I get dry itchy patches of skin on my back so I am very curious about this. So far I have used this twice and it is does absorb very well and it feels nourishing.

Lush Vanishing Cream - 10g sample: Who doesn't love Lush? I am very interested in trying this face moisturiser, and it contains 10g of product which should last quite a while. This one is designed for oily and acne prone skin... there were two other moisturiser samples that you could have got in this box.

KMS California Free Shade Conditioner - sample: This range of shampoo and conditioner is designed to be used to increase manageability and pliability for preparation for heat styling. Meh.

Sinful Color Professional nail polish in Gogo Girl - full size: This is a nice red nail polish. I have just applied it and it seems to apply quite easily. I don't know how long this will last without chipping, but the shade is nice.

KMS California Add Volume Volumising Spray - 30ml sample/travel size: I love trying new volumising products, as I have pretty thin and flat hair. This sample is huge too, so I know this will last me a month or more! Will keep you posted on how I go with this.

Overall, I am really happy with this box. If you get Lust Have It, let me know if you got the same box or a different one... and let me know what you thought of these products!
