40% off Priceline Haul!
April 23, 2013
Priceline have 40% off all makeup for today and tomorrow only, so of course I had to head down and check it out. I am going on a holiday in a few weeks so I wanted to be quite restrained and mainly buy things that I need... with a couple of other treats thrown in.
Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick in 914 Vibrant Manderin: This originally is $16.95, but this was on sale for $10.17. My favourite lipsticks are bright lipsticks, so this new range from Maybelline is right up my alley, I was tossing up between this shade, the coral and the plum, and at $10.17 a lipstick, I might go back tomorrow and get the plum shade! This reminds me of Morange by MAC. I can't wait to try this and review it.
Bourjois Healthy Balance Unifying Powder in 52 Vanilla: This was originally $20, but was on sale for $12. I really like this powder, and have just finished one so I thought I needed to replace it. The one I just finished was a darker shade, and was too dark for me, so I went for the lightest shade. This is a great powder because it provides quite a lot of coverage.
Rimmel Stay Matte Long Lasting Pressed Powder in 005 Silky Beige: This was $12.95 but was on sale for $7.77. I love this powder because it really mattifies, but it has a really light coverage (and you can get in in a translucent shade). I like to have a light powder and a heavy coverage powder because I use them with different foundations.
Sally Hansen Mega Shine Extended Wear Top Coat: This was $14.45 but was on sale for $8.67. I love this top coat, it has definitely made a huge difference to the longevity of my nail polish, and since it has a silver container, I thought I should buy a back up incase my current one runs out. I use this every time I paint my nails, and I swear it even turns a crap nail polish into a decent wearing nail polish. I should really review this top coat soon.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Pencils in 003 Brown and 006 Deep Blue: These were $9.95, but are on sale for $5.97. I love these liners, I have them in black, bronze, taupe and nude... and I didn't know they had a dark brown shade! I needed to buy the dark brown, and when I saw the dark blue (which is almost a navy shade), I thought I needed to get them both. I have a few blue liners but never wear them because they are too light.
Natural Being Manuka Honey night cream for oily to normal skin: These werent part of the sale, but they were on sale for $2 each, so I thought I would try them. They also had normal to dry skin versions.
Face Of Australia Strengthening Nail Polish Remover: This also wasn't in the sale, but I needed some nail polish remover and I thought I should give this a go, it claims to moisturise and strengthen brittle nails. This was $3.49.
Priceline Round Cotton Pads Twin Pack: Once again, this wasn't on sale, but these are a staple in my household. This twin pack cost $6.49.
So thats it! I am very temped to go back and get another lipstick! Hmmmm
Did you get anything from this sale?
